How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by e-Packet or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes, We provide free shipping to over 165 countries around the globe. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If happen that you located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

There is no need to worry, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update.

Once the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it here by entering your order number and email address.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
